In this New Age, relationships are undergoing a major transformation. Relationships are almost always the source of your deepest emotions, ranging from the greatest joy to the deepest agony. In relationships, you can become aware of an inner pain that is essentially much older than the relationship itself, even older than your human existence. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In this era, you are invited, and often challenged, to come to self-healing in the area of relationships. Thanks to the new energy that now presents itself, it is possible to transform the destructive elements of a relationship into a positive, balanced energy flow between you and the other person. However, healing and personal transformation can also mean that you will have to abandon relationships in which you cannot express yourself properly.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This often means that even if you love a person very much, you will have to say goodbye, because each person's inner path takes him to a different place. Whether this leads to the renewal or dissolution of a relationship, you are all challenged to address the deeper issues in the area of personal connections. The call of the heart, the heart-based energy that characterizes the New Age, has entered your day-to-day life and you can no longer avoid the new energy.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

To explain why relationships can hurt you so much and turn your life upside down, I would like to say a few things about an old pain that you carry within your soul. It is a very old pain, much older than this life, even older than your previous lives on Earth. I want to take you back to the original pain of your birth as a soul. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

There was a time when everything was whole and undivided. Can you imagine that? Allow your imagination to travel freely for a while. Just imagine: you are not in a body, you are pure consciousness and you are part of a vast energy field that surrounds you in a comfortable way. You feel that you are part of this unity and are treated lovingly and unconditionally. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Feel how this energy field envelops you like an immensely comfortable mantle, like an abundantly loving energy that allows you to explore and develop freely, without ever doubting you or your intrinsic right to be who you are. No anxiety, no fear. This feeling of comfort and security was the prenatal condition, from which you emerged as individual souls. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

It was a cosmic womb. Even though this is remotely far from your current state, your hearts still yearn for this feeling of completeness and wholeness, for the feeling of absolute security that you experienced under that cloak of love and benevolence. The feeling of oneness that you remember was God. Together, in that mantle of love, you constituted God. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

At a certain moment, within that divine consciousness or \u201cmantle of love\u201d, it was decided to create a new situation. It is very difficult to put this in human words, but perhaps you can imagine that in God, this one consciousness, there was a desire for \"something different\", something beyond unity. There was, as it were, a desire for experience. When you are completely assimilated by the totality of the pure being, you experience nothing. it simply is. D<\/span>ue to the ecstasy and the total security of that state of being, there was a part of God, a part of that cosmic consciousness, that he wanted to explore and evolve. This part \"has separated itself from itself\". <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You are a part of God. Once your conscience agreed with this experience of leaving the unit and becoming an \"I\", an entity in itself, a definite individual conscience. This was a big step. From the bottom of your being, you felt that this was a good thing. They felt that the yearning for creativity and renewal was a positive and valuable aspiration. However, at the moment when you really separated from the field of unity, there was a lot of pain. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For the first time in your memory, for the first time in your life, you felt a deep pain. You were pulled out of a realm of love and security that had been completely indisputable for you. This is the pain of birth, which I referred to.<\/span> <\/span>Even in the first intense experiences of desolation, something in the depths of themselves, told them that \"everything was fine\", that this was their own choice. But the pain was so deep, that in the outermost layers of your being, you were confused and disoriented. And it was difficult to keep in touch with your deepest inner knowledge, with the inner level at which you are God and know that \"everything is fine\". <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

I call this tormented part, which arose at that moment, the inner child. Your soul, your unique individuality, carries the two extremes within you - on the one hand, pure divine knowledge and, on the other hand, a traumatic cosmic child. This union of God and Child, of knowledge and experience, began a long journey. You started out as individual souls. You have started to investigate and experience what it is like to be an \"I\", a definite individual.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

God had made a part of himself into Alma. The soul needs experience to rediscover its divine origins. The soul must be alive, experiment, discover, self-destruct and recreate. To feel who she truly is, that is, God. The manifestation as one and complete being had been shattered and needed to be regained by experience. This, in itself, was a great feat of creativity. The birth of self-consciousness was a kind of miracle! It had never existed before.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You often seek to transcend the limits of the individuality of the Self, to experience integrity and profound unity again. It can be said that this is the real purpose of your spiritual journey. But think about it: from God's point of view, the individuality of the Self, the separation, is what constitutes the miracle! <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The state of being ONE was the normal situation, \"as it always has been\". In the miracle of being an individual soul, great beauty, joy and spiritual power are hidden. The reason you don't experience it this way, is that you are still struggling with the pain of your birth as souls. Somewhere in the depths of his being, the primal cry of anguish and feeling of betrayal still resonates; it is the memory of being taken from your Mother \/ Father, from the omnipresent mantle of love and security.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

On the journey through time and experience, you have been through many things. You have experienced all kinds of forms. There have been several incarnations in which you were not in the shape of a human body, but this is not relevant now. What matters to me, in this context, is that, throughout this long history, you have been guided for two different reasons. On the one hand, there was the pleasure of exploration, creation and renewal, and on the other, there was the longing, the feeling of having been expelled from paradise, and unbearable loneliness.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Through your adventurous and progressive part of you, the energy that pushed you out of the cosmic womb, you have experienced and created many things. But, because of the longing and pain of birth that you carry within you, you also had to deal with a lot of trauma and disappointment. Thus, his creations were not always benevolent. During your journey through time and space, you did things that you later regret. Things you could call \u201cbad\u201d (in quotes).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

From our perspective, these actions were simply the result of your determination to immerse yourself in the experience and venture into the unknown. You see, from the moment you decide to become an individual, to separate yourself from the indisputable unity, you cannot just experience the light. You have to find out all over again. Then, you will even experience darkness. You will experience everything that exists, at all extremes. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

At the point of evolution that you are currently in, you begin to understand that everything remains or falls with the power that you acquire when you truly embrace your Self. It is a matter of truly embracing your own divinity and, from that self-awareness, experience joy and abundance. At the moment of your cosmic birth, the moment you were enveloped in desolation and pain, you began to feel small and insignificant. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

From that moment on, you started looking for something that could save you, a power or strength outside of you, a god, a leader, a partner, a son, etc. In the process of awakening that you are experiencing now, you understand that the essential security that you are seeking will not be found in anything that is outside of you, be it in a parent, in a lover, or in a god. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

No matter how intensely this desire or longing is triggered in a given relationship, you will not find this basic security in it, even in your relationship with God. For the God you believe in - the God who has been left to you by your tradition and who still strongly influences your perception - is a God who is outside of you. It is a God who programs things for you, who traces the path for you. But this God does not exist. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You are God, you are the creative part of God who decided to go his own way and experience things in a totally different way. You were sure you would be able to heal from your primal birth wound. It can be said that this expansive energy of exploration and renewal is a masculine energy, while the energy of unification, of union, the energy of Home, is feminine. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

These two energies belong to the essence of who you are. As souls, you are neither male nor female. Essentially, you are both - male and female. You started your journey with these two ingredients. And now the time has come to allow them to work together in harmony, which means truly experiencing totality in your being. After you have denied your own greatness for so long, you will finally begin to realize that there is no alternative but to be the God you are looking for. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This is the last step you have to take towards enlightenment: to understand that you are the God you are begging for. There is nothing outside of you that can take you to the core of your own power, to your totality. Only you can do this yourself; you are God and always have been! You have always been waiting for yourself.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Igniting this flame of self-awareness within you brings you so much joy, such a deep feeling of coming home, that it puts all your relationships into a new perspective. For example, you care less about what other people say to you. If someone criticizes you or doubts you, you don't take it personally.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

You feel less affected or anxious to react. You let it go more easily, and the need to defend yourself disappears - both for yourself and for the other person. If you are easily emotionally shaken by what someone else thinks of you, it indicates that there is a disregard for yourself, which makes you give credit to the negative opinions of others. This lack of self-esteem is not resolved by looking for a conflict with others, but only by turning inward and getting in touch with your inner emotional wounds, as they are much older than this specific moment of rejection. .<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, all the pains of rejection, all the pains of relationships, have their origin in the primordial pain, in the pain that has not been healed at birth. It may seem that I am taking a very big step here, as there are several types of complex situations in relationships, which seem to indicate that the cause is closer. It may seem to you that your pain is caused by something your partner did or did not do. It may seem to you that something external to you is causing the pain. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

But let Me tell you: you are basically working on healing an old pain that is within yourself. If you are not aware of this, you can easily get caught up in relationship problems, which can be extremely painful. Especially in relationships between man and woman (love relationships), you often try to forge a kind of unity and security between the two, reminiscent of the primal state of unity that you have a vague memory of. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Subconsciously, you try to recreate the feeling of being comfortably wrapped in a blanket of unconditional love and acceptance. There is a child within each of you, who is crying for this unconditional acceptance. However, if that child puts his arms around his partner's (part) child, this very often results in suffocating control, which blocks both partners' genuine self-expression.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What happens is that you become emotionally dependent and will always need someone else's love or approval for your well being. Dependence always ends up turning into issues of power and control, because needing a person is the same as wanting to control his behavior. This is the beginning of a destructive relationship. Giving up your own individuality in a relationship, guided by a subconscious longing for absolute unity, is destructive to both yourself and the other person.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

True love between two people shows two energy fields that can function in complete independence from each other. Each of them is a unit in itself and connects with the other at the base of the unit. In relationships in which partners depend on each other, we find an effort that is not coordinated by an \u201corganic totality\u201d: one not wanting or not being able to function without the other.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This leads to an intertwining of energies that can be observed in the auric field of both as strings, through which the partners feed each other. They feed on the additional energies of dependence and control. This kind of entanglement of energy indicates that you are not responsible for yourself, that you do not face the old soul wound that only you can heal yourself. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

If you just turned to that deeper pain and took responsibility for yourself, you would see that you don't need anyone else to be complete, and you would be freed from the destructive aspect of the relationship.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
