For centuries, ginger has been used across Asia to treat pain joints, colds and even indigestion. Raw or cooked ginger can be an effective pain reliever, even for inflammatory conditions like osteoarthritis.
That's because inflammation is the root cause of all kinds of problems like arthritis, back pain, muscle pain, among others. It contains 12 different compounds that fight inflammation. One of these compounds lowers pain receptors and acts on nerve endings.
Together, they work almost the same as anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen and aspirin, but without the side effects. So, if your intention is to eliminate these painkillers, start consuming ginger. This will stimulate blood circulation and relieve joint pain. Drinking ginger tea is cheap, very easy. It tastes great. And cure!
Some tips for you to have a good daily dose of ginger:
Here is a recipe used by Dr. Al Sears:
* Four glasses of water;
* A piece of approximately 5 cm of peeled ginger and cut into slices;
* Lemon and honey to taste. If you prefer, use orange instead of lemon. It looks great!
Procedure: Boil the water in a saucepan using high heat. As soon as it begins to boil, add the ginger slices, leave on low heat, cover the pan so that the vapors do not come out and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes. The tea is ready! Just strain, and add the honey with the lemon or orange
